These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CreditScrubber credit repair services ("Services") provided by Fashion Foundry ("Company," "we," "our"). By signing up for our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.
CreditScrubber provides credit repair services including: analysis of your credit reports from all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion), identification of potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items, generation and filing of dispute letters with credit bureaus on your behalf, and ongoing monitoring and re-dispute cycles every 30 days.
You have two cancellation rights running concurrently: under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have 3 business days to cancel; under Florida Statutes § 817.704 (the Florida Credit Service Organizations Act), you have 5 business days. Both run from the date you sign your service agreement. If you cancel within either window, you will receive a full refund within 10 days. To cancel, you may submit the Notice of Cancellation form provided at signing, send written notice to support@creditscrubber.com, or mail notice to CreditScrubber, LLC, 1411 NW 10th Street, Dania Beach, FL 33004.
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. No one can remove accurate and timely negative information from your credit report. You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from each bureau annually at no cost by visiting annualcreditreport.com. Credit repair organizations cannot require you to waive any of these rights.
CreditScrubber offers three monthly subscription tiers: Essential at $189.99/month, Professional at $249.99/month, and Intensive at $349.99/month, each with a one-time $99.00 setup fee. Optional add-on services (identity protection at $19.99/month, creditor negotiation at $39.99/month) are available on Essential and Professional tiers and are bundled at no extra cost on Intensive. All advance payments are deposited into a Florida trust account at Truist Bank pursuant to Florida Statutes § 817.7005, and are not released to CreditScrubber until services have been performed. All payments are processed through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts.
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or score increases. Credit repair results vary based on individual circumstances, the nature of items on your report, and creditor/bureau responses. We will use our best efforts and proprietary ScoreForge™ technology to identify and dispute items that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable.
By enrolling in our Services, you authorize CreditScrubber and its team to: pull your credit reports from all three bureaus, analyze your credit data using our ScoreForge™ engine, generate and file dispute letters on your behalf, communicate with credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf, and send you notifications via email and SMS regarding your account.
CreditScrubber is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for Services in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any actions taken by credit bureaus or creditors in response to disputes filed on your behalf.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
